The public rooms, while deceptively spacious and plentiful, preserve the intimacy and easy friendliness of the place - an authentic village pub, a cosy ’snug’ lounge area, a games room, and the delightful bistro restaurant and dining room - all you would expect in the traditional inn which is its unmistakable style. And for good measure, excellent traditional and delicious local Scottish cuisine, good wines and an excellent selection of malt whiskies.
The Poachers Bar, also featuring an open fire, and the original stone walls and floor, stocks a wide range of ales, aperitifs, liqueurs and malt whiskies, naturally specialising in those originating from the west coast of Scotland and the Western Isles.
